WARREN, Ohio - Seven people were charged at the Warren city level with operating a gambling house.
This was in connection to raids in March at three different businesses.
Three different Internet cafes; The Players Club on Mahoning Avenue, Lucky Charms on Southern Boulevard and Lots-A-Loot on North Road, were investigated then raided after the county prosecutor's office received citizen complaints.
Officers went undercover into the cafes and found machines being used for illegal gambling activity.
