    TRUMBULL COUNTY, Ohio - A routine traffic stop turned into a police chase in Trumbull County Friday night.

WARREN, Ohio- The Animal Welfare League of Trumbull County is investigating an apparent case of animal neglect in Warren.

Agents were called to a house in the 2500 block of Hamilton Avenue Wednesday afternoon, where they found nine dead cats and dogs.

A tenth dog was removed alive, but in poor physical condition, agents said.

Warren police tell 21 News they have been called to the house numerous times for animal complaints in the past.
