AUSTINTOWN, Ohio - Officials say repairs will be done today for a gas well that exploded Tuesday night in Austintown.
Austintown fire officials say the casing of a gas well on 6300 block of Fairview Road cracked around 11:30 p.m.
The gas well exploded and gas began to leak, but officials say no fire or injuries were reported. The leak was stopped and a serviceman will be out sometime today to finish repairs.
