CANFIELD, Ohio - A candlelight vigil will be held at 8:30 Thursday night commemorating one of Canfield's most beloved teachers.
Ken Reel, a 44-year American History teacher, passed away from a rare form of cancer that he was diagnosed with in February.
When the 65-year-old was diagnosed, a group of his students came together to make t-shirts to raise money for the Relay for Life as a part of "Team Reel."
The front of the shirts read, "Team Reel," and the back read, "Disperse Ye Rebels."
The students had over 450 requests for the shirts.
Our own Jennifer Baligush attended the vigil and will have more on this story on 21 News at 11 p.m.
