Pennsylvania 6-year-old escapes potential kidnapper
PERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. - Pennsylvania State Police are investigating an attempted abduction here Saturday night.
Police say a 6-year-old boy escaped a potential kidnapper who then fled the area when his attempts to abduct the boy failed.
The boy was playing on a swing set in his own yard when the man first approached him and tried to engage him in conversation.
The boy then became fearful and ran toward his house.
At that point, the man grabbed the boy's shirt but could not hold on.
The man is described as a 5'9" white male in his 30s with light colored hair and a skeleton tattoo on his forearm. At the time of the incident, he was wearing shorts and t-shirt that were either red and black or red and white.
