Main Street open again in Kinsman

KINSMAN, Ohio - Life is starting to return to normal in the  Trumbull County community of  Kinsman.

Crews on Wednesday afternoon removed barricades that were erected along Main Street the night  before when strong storms brought  down trees and wires.

Only a few homes were still reporting power outages at 2 p.m. Wednesday.

    Warren city council will vote on a measure this week that would give firefighters a boost in pay if it's approved. A fact finder's report recommends the city give two lump sum payments of $500 to each firefighter not covered by the SAFER grant. The payments would be paid out in July of 2017 and 2018.     A Liverpool Township toddler has died after being run over by a car in the family's driveway. The Alleghany County Coroner in Pennsylvania tells 21 News that 17 month old Armani Slappy died of blunt force trauma from being run over by a motor vehicle. On Friday afternoon a car was backing out of the driveway and ran over the child according to authorities. What's unclear is whether the child ran behind the moving vehicle or was already behind the car when the driver backed up....
