The All-American Conference has 20 schools.

Pymatuning Valley declined to join after being asked to by superintendents in May.

Commissioner Rick King says with Py Valley opting not to join, the league will have 20 schools and will solidify those divisions next month.

King also said talks are continuing with Massillion and Steubenville who want to join for football only.

King says he'll know more on that situation no earlier than October 1st.
