Mercer police looking for teen run-a-way

MERCER, Pa. - Police are seeking information on a missing 16-year-old girl believed to be a run-a-way.
 
The Mercer Borough Police Department report that Amber L. Midura, of Mercer, has not been seen by family members since June 22, the day after her 16th birthday.
 
Amber is white, 5 foot 2 inches and 110 pounds. She has shoulder length, brown or dyed-red hair and brown eyes.
 
Family members told police they that Midura snuck out after everyone went to bed for the night. 
 
Police believe she is with Jeremy Bobbit, 23, and possibly in a four-door, white Nissan registered in Virginia.

    People living in  hundreds of homes in the East Market Street area of Warren and Howland woke up in the dark Thursday morning after being hit by a power outage.
