Ohio Turnpike reopens after two truck crash near Warren

BRACEVILLE TWP., Ohio - For the second time in as many days, a truck accident disrupted traffic on the Ohio Turnpike near the Route 5 interchange.

State Troopers tell 21 News that eastbound traffic was stopped around 8 a.m. Thursday when two semi tractor trailers crashed near exit 209.

A report from the highway patrol says that a truck carrying metal coils rear ended a truck hauling trash.

One drive is from Illinois, and the other from the Cleveland area. Neither were seriously injured.

All six metal coils came loose from the trailer.

By 10:00 a.m., two lanes had been reopened to traffic.

The highway patrol says two drivers were taken to the hospital. There is  no word on their names or condition.

On Wednesday, a truck rolled over on the ramp to that exit, blocking traffic for several hours.
