CAMPBELL, Ohio - Campbell police arrested a man accused of raping a 23-year-old woman on Wednesday.
Floyd Ewell, 53, is charged with rape, kidnapping/engaging in sexual activity and carrying concealed weapons.
Ewell is held in jail without bond and will appear in court on Friday October 11 at 9 a.m.
