Child pornography convict from New Castle now charged with molestation

NEW CASTLE, Pa. (AP) - A western Pennsylvania man wrapping up a child pornography sentence in federal prison has now been charged by the state police with molesting one of the girls depicted on computers and discs seized from his mobile home.

The New Castle News  reports 56-year-old William McFall is scheduled to finish his one-year federal prison sentence on Oct. 27.

But McFall will likely remain in custody because police say they've identified a girl in some of the seized images as being the same one McFall is now charged with molesting repeatedly at his former mobile home in Pulaski Township from 2001 to 2006. Police say the girl was 8 to 13 years old at the time.

Hall was formerly a maintenance worker at the Lawrence County Courthouse in New Castle, about 45 miles northwest of Pittsburgh.
