Ranch Meatloaf
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup ketchup, divided
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 (1 oz.) package dry Ranch dressing mix
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 (6 oz.) can French-fried onions
1/4 cup Heinz 57 sauce
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a large bowl, combine meat, eggs, 1/4 cup ketchup, bread crumbs, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and onions. Mix well and shape into a loaf to fit into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
In a small bowl, combine ketchup and Heinz 57 sauce. Spread overtop meatloaf. Bake, covered loosely with foil, for 50 to 60 minutes, or until meat is thoroughly cooked. Let sit for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
