Paving problem in Youngstown has neighbors angry
People who live along Wesley Avenue said trucks hauling asphalt to a nearby street re-surfacing job dropped chunks of paving material and tar along their street, leaving the street, yards and sidewalks a mess.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A paving project in a Youngstown neighborhood has neighbors upset.
People who live along Wesley Avenue said trucks hauling asphalt to a nearby street re-surfacing job dropped chunks of paving material and tar along their street, leaving the street, yards and sidewalks a mess.
They want the contractor to come back and clean it up.
21 News called the company, but couldn't get an answer.
Councilman Mike Ray said he would look into the matter.
