A fourth suspect in the branding of a local teen is behind bars.
U.S. Marshals arrested Andrew Kocak, 33, at his Boardman address on a witness intimidation charge Friday afternoon.
Police believe the Kocak was the person who repeatedly branded Derrick Reber, 17, on the thigh at a home in Struthers last month.
Kocak was allegedly threatening Reber and a witness at a football game to lie and say the victim is 18 years old when he is only 17.
A grand jury will consider felonious assault and child endangerment charges Thursday.
Meanwhile, Laurie Lyden, a Mahoning County Sheriff's office secretary, who is also a suspect in the case, has been released on bond.
