Youngstown school locked down after nearby shooting
Summit Academy Secondary School was placed on lock down Tuesday morning following a shooting in a nearby neighborhood.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -
Police have the gunman in custody following a shooting on Youngstown's South Side that prompted a school lock down Tuesday morning.
Lenzie Morgan was shot in the head during a family dispute on Shady Run Road just after 8:00 a.m., according to authorities.
U.S. Marshals located the suspect, Paul Kerr in a park in New Castle Tuesday afternoon.
Kerr is currently in the Lawrence County Jail awaiting extradition.
Summit Academy Secondary School was placed on a perimeter lock down at the the request of the Youngstown Police Department.School Executive Director Christopher Reeher tells 21 News that after talking to Youngstown police and confirming the safety of the students, the lock down was lifted.
There is no word on the condition of the victim.
