A Masury man is in the Mercer County jail, accused of robbing a Sharon pizza shop.

Justin Nehlen is being held on $50,000 bond facing six charges including robbery, theft and conspiracy.

Nehlen and another 24-year-old, Lucas Miller of Greenville, are both charged in connection with the April 14 robbery of Tony's Pizza on Stambaugh Avenue.

The employee on duty that night told police that a white male who came into the store was purchasing a bottle of soda.

When the employee opened the register the suspect put a handgun on the counter and pointed it at her, saying that he would take the twenty and ten dollar bills.

The man then walked out and returned to the rear of the business where he got into a pickup truck and drove away.

Miller is also charged with robbing a Lackawannock Township pet store.
