Stolen credit card may be key to solving Hubbard burglary

Posted: Updated:
HUBBARD TWP., Ohio -

Hubbard Township Police have a lead that could help them solve a home burglary that occurred earlier this year.

Detective Sgt. Mike Begeot is distributing an image of a man who he says may have been involved in the break-in at a home on Price Shaffer Road on February 4, 2015.

Someone got into the residence by breaking a window between the hours of11:30 a.m., and 1:07 p.m., when no one was home.

Begeot says the homeowner reported that a television, firearms, jewelry and credit cards were among the missing items.

Store surveillance video captured the image of a man using one of those stolen credit cards at a business.

If you can identify the man in the picture, or have other information that could help solve the case, Detective Sgt. Begeot would like to hear from you at 330-534-8477, ext. 350.
