A Youngstown man pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas Tuesday morning.

42-year old Earl Price entered a guilty plea for voluntary manslaughter with repeat violent offender and 3 year firearm specifications.  He also pleaded guilty to a charge of having weapons under disability.

Price was originally charged with murder in the shooting death of 33-year old DeJuan Thomas outside of the Partner's Jazz Lounge this February.  The murder charge was later reduced to voluntary manslaughter.

He was also briefly wanted by police in March after he failed to show up to his arraignment that month.

Price is scheduled for sentencing on September 2nd.
