Reptiles to run rampant in Canfield Sunday
Mill Creek MetroParks be host to a variety of scaly, slithery specimens at their reptile exhibit this Sunday.
Members of the Northern Ohio Association of Herpetologists and Keith Gisser of "Herps Alive" will be on hand to show off their collection of creatures.
Additionally, Sue Bixler of The Ohio State University's Franz Theodore Stone Laboratory will present a display about Lake Erie Water Snakes, among other island reptiles.
The free exhibit will be held at the MetroParks Farm on July 26th from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The MetroParks Farm is located in Canfield at 7574 Columbiana-Canfield Road.
The event, which was last held by Mill Creek MetroParks in 2013, will go on rain or shine, as many displays are indoors or under tents.
