AUSTINTOWN TWP., Ohio - An Austintown Township man facing child pornography charges is free on $50,000 bond and is not allowed to have any contact with children.

Seventy-two-year-old James Rogenski, Sr. appeared in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court on Tuesday where he pleaded not guilty to nine charges of pandering obscenity involving a minor and nine more counts of illegal use of a minor in nude material or performance.

The investigation began last month when a family member came to the Austintown Police Department with Rogenski's laptop, saying that child porn websites on the computer.

As part of the condition of his bond, Rogenski has been ordered to have no contact of any kind whatsoever with anyone under the age of 15.

The next hearing in the case is scheduled for Monday.
