Nineteen count indictment accuses Youngstown man of raping child
A Youngstown man is in jail, accused of repeatedly raping a child as young as nine years old.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A Youngstown man is in jail, accused of repeatedly raping a child as young as nine years old.
Thirty-six-year-old Kenneth Thomas of Hubbard Road was arrested by U.S. Marshals on Thursday and booked into the Mahoning County jail.
The Mahoning County Grand Jury has handed up a nineteen count indictment against Thomas, charging him with rape.
Investigators allege that the child was repeatedly forced to engage in sexual conduct with Thomas over a period that began in August, 2011 and continued until February of this year.
The alleged victim is now thirteen years old.
Thomas is being held in jail without bond awaiting arraignment.
