Federal judge orders house arrest for son of Mahoning County judge
The son of Mahoning County Juvenile Court Judge Theresa Dellick will not be locked up in a federal correctional facility while waiting for further federal court proceedings against him.

CLEVELAND, Ohio - The son of Mahoning County Juvenile Court Judge Theresa Dellick will not be locked up in a federal correctional facility while waiting for further federal court proceedings against him.
U.S. District Judge Aaron Polster on Wedesday set bond at $20,000 for John Dellick, who is charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm.
The 22-year-old Canfield man will be allowed to live in a half-way house under electronic monitoring.
Government prosecutors say Dellick was in possession of a handgun in January, which would be a violation of a federal law prohibiting convicted felons from having guns or ammunition.
Dellick's felony record stems from his conviction on one count of aggravated assault following an October, 2013 road rage incident when he rammed his jeep into another vehicle, and the assault on a former girlfriend three months earlier.
Since his conviction, Dellick has twice violated the terms of his probation and is currently undergoing treatment for mental health and drug addiction at the Neil Kennedy Recovery Clinic, where he also resides.
Dellick will remain in the custody of U.S. Marshals until federal officials inspect the half-way house where he'll be living.
His attorney, David Betras argued that incarcerating Dellick would likely make his condition worse than it was before.
