HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) - Police say a man fondled two customers at a Victoria's Secret store in Pennsylvania before ramming a police car when officers tried to prevent him from getting away.

Thirty-seven-year-old Christopher Novitzke, of Harrisburg, remains in the Dauphin County jail. He's charged with indecent assault for his alleged actions in the lingerie store at the Colonial Park Mall on Aug. 22.

He's also charged with aggravated assault and attempted homicide for the police chase afterward. Police say he made a U-turn and rammed a cruiser head on.

Police in Lower Paxton Township gave chase as Novitzke fled in a minivan.

The responding officer was treated at a hospital for his injuries.

Online court records don't list an attorney for Novitzke, who faces a hearing Sept. 19.
