WARREN, Ohio - A Warren man tells city police he's not interested in having them investigate who shot him outside the a bar early Sunday.
An officer interviewed 22-year-old Kvonn Latell Watson at Trumbull Memorial Hospital, where he was being treated for a gunshot wound of the leg.
Watson tells police he was outside the Power House Bar on Mahoning Avenue NW at around 3:00 a.m., when he heard gunshot and felt a pain in his leg.
Although Watson said he had been involved in an argument a few minutes earlier, he told the officer that he doubts the argument had anything to do with the shooting and believes it was just a random shot, not meant for him.
According to police the staff at the bar had no idea that there had been a shooting.
Police describe Watson's wound as not life threatening.
