BOARDMAN TWP., Ohio - A water main break near the intersection of Southern Boulevard and Charles Avenue has been repaired.

The road was closed from York Avenue to Charles Avenue, but has since reopened.

An Aqua Ohio official says they became aware of the break around 8:20 a.m. Saturday morning.

Gravel was seen coming out of the road and buckling the area.

Officials say the road has been repaved. 

Residents nearby were told they no longer have to boil their water.
