6 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
4 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoon canola oil
3 inner stalks of celery, sliced
1 small sweet onion, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons minced garlic
sprinkle of red pepper flakes, optional
1/2 sweet green or red pepper, sliced into match sticks
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar

Cook spaghetti using direction on the box, drain.  While spaghetti is cooking, whisk together the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey and ginger.  In a wok or large skillet heat the canola oil then add the celery, onion, and red or green pepper.  Cook vegetables quickly until crisp, tender.  Add the garlic and red pepper flakes for the last minute.  Add the cooked, drained pasta to the skillet along with the prepared sauce, sesame oil, chicken and rice vinegar.  Toss and cook until meat, pasta and sauce are hot.  Serve!
