PITTSBURGH - As you might imagine there was a lot of excitement outside the PPG Paints Arena before Thursday night's game.
After a couple of losses Pens fans were a little nervous so they have to step up their own game.

"It's important to be decked out as a fan because it's the Cup! The Stanley Cup finals, I'm so excited! Let's go Pens! said Kelsey Starcher of Butler who was covered from head to toe in Penguins gear.

Many people lined up to have their faced painted in black and gold.

Face painter, Joe Risher, said, "If you got this you got your game face on right? You get people in the game like that. When I see them up on the jumbotron it makes my day."

Once again thousands came to the arena to watch the big screen outside.
And a lot of the fans outside the arena told 21 News exactly what they think the ways the Penguins can win the all important next two games.

"The Penguins power play," said Dave Perla of North Huntington. "They need to get in front of the net, shoot the puck, get the rebounds. plain and simple."
"Focus and finish," said Don Galla of Irwin. "No crazy mistakes! When you get the puck keep shooting, keep shooting, keep shooting!"

And what better place to spend your honeymoon than camping outside PPG Paints Arena?  One couple, who recently got married, showed up to watch the game outside.

"A win would be a good wedding present," said Brandon Ky of Pittsburgh.

Another cup would be a good present for all of us.
