A Pennsylvania doctor with ties to Mercer County is back in police custody Thursday night according to the Associated Press.

AP articles state Moles was arrested Thursday after allegedly posting pictures of himself in Washington D.C. holding a newspaper displaying a headline regarding Wednesday's shooting at a congressional baseball practice.

43-year-old Edinboro doctor Bryan Moles was arrested last month in Washington D.C. after being spotted in the Trump Hotel with several weapons. Moles reportedly wanted to see the President.

Mole was released a few days later under several conditions set forth by a judge, but he was ordered to stay away from the White House, the Trump Hotel, to surrender his firearms, and undergo a mental evaluation.

The Associated Press reports that the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia spokesman Bill Miller says a judge said Thursday that Bryan Moles must be held until trial and undergo an initial forensic screening to determine his competency.

Prosecutors reportedly say in documents that Moles was discharged Monday from a Veterans Affairs facility in Georgia "against medical advice."

Although Moles has a listed address of EdInboro, Pennsylvania, his state medical license was last issued in Greenville.

21 News previously reported that Moles was placed on leave from his position at UPMC before the original incident at Trump Hotel.
