Hundreds without power as storms sweep through Valley

Several customers in the Valley are without power due to storm damage. 

Reports of trees and power lines down have been coming in throughout Sunday afternoon.

Just before 7 p.m., around 561 people in Trumbull County were without power, along with another 300 in Mahoning County, according to Ohio Edison.

In Mahoning County, about 200 in Youngstown and around 50 for both Austintown Township and Boardman Township are in the dark.

Columbiana County has only 58 people without power.

Mercer County still was hit the hardest, with around 800 people still without power.

Ohio Edison workers are still assessing damage, so it unknown when power will be restored.
