Posted: Updated:
WARREN, Ohio -

Monday evening, Warren police were called to a vehicle on Elm Road where a male in a truck was unresponsive.

Police said the man didn't respond to a chest rub and had a faint pulse.

According to reports, EMT administered two nasal doses of Narcan, an opioid overdose reversal drug, and then eight IV doses of the drug when the man started breathing.

He was taken to Trumbull Memorial Hospital for further treatment.

Police say they found a small bag of brown powder in the man's wallet.

Police are investigating the incident.
