HUBBARD, Ohio - A Hubbard teen who has been the subject of a search since August 12 has been found and a man who was with her at the time is in a Florida jail.

Clearwater, Florida police tell 21 News that an officer on boat patrol spotted a couple laying down in the grass near a causeway at around 7 am Friday.

Police say the couple lied about their identities.

It wasn't until they were taken to a juvenile facility that it was determined that the girl is 15-year-old Madison Copley and the man is 21-year-old Malik Williams.

The pair has been the subject of an interstate search since August 12, when authorities say Copley ran away with Williams.

Police say Copley is unharmed.

Williams, who is in jail, faces charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor filed in Girard Municipal Court.

Florida authorities say Williams could face more charges in that state.

Police say Copley is being questioned at the local juvenile detention facility by their detectives. They are seeking to determine from her if any additional crimes occurred in Florida.

Williams will be arraigned in Pinellas County Court on Saturday.
