Mercer County's Coroner says the cause of death for the missing two-year-old boy from Sharon was drowning.

The toddler, whose name is Anakin Gammon, was found on Sunday evening in a Masury swimming pool.

The swimming pool was fenced in.

Police say the boy found his way through an opening in the garage of a home by the corner of Syme and Alfred streets near State Line Road.

The coroner's office says this residence is nine blocks away from Gammon's home.

Gammon was taken to Sharon Regional Hospital where he later died around 10:20 p.m.

The Bureau of Criminal Investigation was in the 600 block of Syme Street in Brookfield Monday morning investigating the incident.

Sharon police were at Gammon's home on Lafayette Avenue later Monday carrying out a search warrant.

The details in this search warrant are expected to be released later this week.

There is no word yet if there will be anyone charged in the investigation, which is a joint effort by Sharon and Brookfield police departments.
