Habitat for Humanity renovates home in Youngstown

Posted: Updated:
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -

Volunteers from Habitat for Humanity renovated a home on Youngstown's west side on Saturday morning.

Typically, Habitat Homes are built from the ground up but the home on Osborn Avenue was donated.

Volunteers spent the morning ripping up carpet, replacing cabinets and light fixtures.

Volunteers say they took the time to make sure the home was move-in ready for a deserving family.
