YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -

A man who was arrested in Youngstown on the 4th of July after driving a stolen truck through a fence has been charged.

Thirty-one-year-old Andrew McCourt was charged with one count of failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, and one count of receiving stolen property on Thursday.

Officers discovered that McCourt stole the truck he was driving and then sped down Interstate 680, before being pursued by police.

McCourt did not stop as police ordered, but instead eventually crashed through a fence on a dead end and drove onto Ipes Field at Midlothian Boulevard and 680.
