TRUMBULL COUNTY, OH - Trumbull County dispatchers say an elderly man who has been missing since Wednesday has been found. 

Police say 80-year-old Robert Yekich went missing from his home on Kings Drive SW in Warren, Ohio around 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Dispatchers say Yekich was found Friday afternoon in the woods near his home. 

Officials aren't sure how long Yekich had been in the woods. 

Dispatchers say he is being transferred to the hospital, however, there is no update on his condition at this time. 

According to officials, the man suffers from dementia and is diabetic and was in need of medication.
