The man charged with murdering his father's pregnant fiancee when he was only eleven-years-old will speak to a national audience for the first time since Pennsylvania's Supreme Court threw out his conviction, according to a published report.

According to timesonline.com, Jordan Brown's attorney Stephen Colafella says his client will be interviewed on ABC's “20/20” Friday broadcast which airs at 10 pm.

Brown, now 21, was arrested and held in custody beginning in 2009 after authorities accused the 11-year-old boy of gunning down 26-year-old Kenzie Marie Houk at their New Beaver home in Lawrence County.

Prosecutors claimed Brown committed the murder and then got on the school bus minutes later.

This past July the Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued a unanimous decision overturning the conviction following years of appeals.

After the court decision, Brown did appear on camera during a news conference but allowed his father, Chris Brown, and his attorney Dennis Elisco to answer reporter's questions.

His attorneys argued that the investigation into Kenzie Houk's murder lasted only 16-17 hours before Jordan was removed from his bed, booked, and charged.
