Report: Police find infants in home full of feces, dirty diapers and multiple cats

Posted: Updated:
WARREN, Ohio -

On Wednesday, officers were called to a Warren apartment where they found animal feces smeared throughout the residence.

The residence is home to a seven-month-old child and an 11-month old child.

According to the police report, the animal feces had been spread throughout the kitchen and living room areas of the apartment.

Police say that they observed a litter box filled with feces, which gave the numerous cats nowhere to defecate.

When police walked upstairs they found dirty diapers all over the bedroom floor.

According to authorities, the residents were informed that the current living conditions were dangerous for the children.

The police report states that no one was charged, but the children services board was contacted and they will review the case.
