Prison time ordered for deadly shooting at Youngstown business
A second man has been sentenced for his part in a fatal shooting at an East Side Youngstown business.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A second man has been sentenced for his part in a fatal shooting at an East Side Youngstown business.
Juan Phillips, 34, was sentenced Thursday to 12 years in prison for the June slaying of 34-year-old Oscar Caywood of Cleveland.
Police found Caywood's body inside the Ringside Auto Care shop on Wilson Avenue.
Phillips pleaded guilty earlier to charges of involuntary manslaughter and aggravated robbery.
Thirty-two-year-old Earl Charity, who was convicted of aggravated murder in connection with the case, was sentenced to life in prison. Charity is eligible for parole after serving 20 years.
