PITTSBURGH, Pa - A Youngstown man that was arrested last September in New Castle plead guilty in federal court yesterday to a charge of possession with the intent to distribute heroin.

46-year-old Frank Christian faces up to 30 years in prison, a $250,000 fine or a combination of both.

The sentence given is based upon the seriousness and prior criminal history of the defendant.

Christian has a prior felony conviction for possession of crack cocaine.

According to court records, Christian was originally arrested in 2016 by New Castle Police.

He was under federal supervised release at the time of his arrest.

Christian is scheduled to be sentenced on July 9.
