A tire collection event at the Covelli Centre has dozens of cars waiting to turn in their old tires.

The Green Team is hosting the tire collection Saturday from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Residents can drop off up to 10 tires for free during the event. Any tires after 10 carry a $2 fee.

Passenger tires with rims will also be accepted.
