Mina's Foster closet on South Avenue in North Lima has opened it's doors to help out foster families in the tri- county area.

The Non profit provides foster homes with clothes, shoes, furniture, toys, baby gear, strollers, bottles and other things you would need for a child placed in your care.

Everything is donated.

It was an idea that Nicole Tsarnas had as she is a parent and a foster parent.

"We just thought that there was a way to do more and make this easier. We want to make it easier on the community, on the other foster parents and on the foster children," said Tsarnas.

Appointments can be made until regular hours are set.
