YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -

Fire officials believe arson is to blame for a Youngstown house fire where three dogs died.

Crews were able to get the fire under control in the 2800 block of Dearborn Street.

The fire broke out around 6 a.m. outside of the home, according to fire officials.

The actual cause is still under investigation, but the arson investigator was on the scene.

They said no electricity was running through the house at the time of the fire.
