AUSTINTOWN TWP., Ohio - One woman went to the hospital after a pickup truck crashed along Route 11 in Austintown Thursday morning.

Passers-by told dispatchers that the heavily damaged truck was in a wooded area in the median where Interstate 80 merges with Route 11 southbound.

First responders removed the woman from the wreckage and took her to a hospital.  State troopers say it appears her injuries are not life-threatening.

Traffic was slowed in the area while the crash was being investigated.
