A Rogers man has pled guilty to stealing from an elderly relative over six years.

Forty-seven-year-old Bryce Bezdek pled guilty to a third-degree felony charge of theft of a person in a protected class stemming from the theft of money from 77-year-old Byron Bezdek of Rogers.

This conduct began in April 2014 and lasted until October of 2020.

Bezdek was indicted back in April of 2023 on two counts of theft from a person in a protected class. The other count was dropped as a result of his plea deal.

He's scheduled to be sentenced on Friday, June 28. He could face up to 36 months in prison.
