LISBON, Ohio - A plea hearing has been scheduled for an East Palestine man indicted on 17 child pornography charges earlier in January.

A secret indictment was filed January 8 for 74-year-old Robert Rogers, charging him with 17 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person. 

According to an indictment, all 17 of those charges stem from an incident in June of 2024 when Rogers was allegedly in possession of child pornography.

According to court records, Rogers is expected to enter a plea in the case on Tuesday.
