Warren man pleads guilty to seven felony charges involving minor
A Warren man has pleaded guilty to seven sex-related felony charges involving a minor.
According to a news release, Virgol Ball, 21, of Warren, pleaded to one count of importuning (F5), three counts of disseminating obscene matter harmful to juveniles and two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
According to the release, prosecutors stated that Ball was allegedly having sexual contact with a 13-year-old female at the time Warren police began investigating in September of 2023.
Ball will submit to a background investigation before sentenciing.
Additionally, the case also included incidents where the two allegedly exchanged pornographic photos on their electronic devices.
At sentencing, Ball would be declared a Tier 2 sexual offender and would have to register with the sheriff's office twice per year for 25 years.
