YOUNGSTOWN - The man suspected of being involved in a string of arsons throughout the City of Youngstown has been indicted.

According to court records, 59-year-old Will Jones was indicted on 18 charges, including 14 counts of aggravated arson and four counts of arson. One of the arson charges is a first-degree misdemeanor, and the other three are fourth-degree felonies.
