YOUNGSTOWN - New York Yankees star, award-winning sports commentator and A-Rod Corp. CEO Alex Rodrigeuz will make a stop in Youngstown this March.

Rodriguez will appear at Stambaugh Auditorium at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, as part of the Youngstown State University Lecture Series. His lecture is entitled, "Building a Legacy of Leadership: Discipline, Reinvention and the Power of Enterprise."

The event is free and open to the public, but tickets are required to attend. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of four tickets per person.

While he's best known as a 14x Major League Baseball All-Star and 2009 World Series Champion, Rodriguez is also the founder and CEO of A-Rod Corp., an investment firm formed in 1995.

Additionally, Rodriguez is the controlling owner of the NBA's Minnesota Timberwolves and Minnnnesota Lynx. He also formed A-Rod Media, which offers multimedia capabilities, like original content creation, compelling narrative storytelling and audience engagement across all marketing platforms.

Rodriguez is also an Emmy Award-winning MLB analyst with Fox Sports, and has also made appearances in several other TV shows, like ABC's Shark Tank, CNBC's Back in the Game and the video series The Deal.
