YOUNGSTOWN - Police in Youngstown are calling on the public to help locate a woman who was last seen in mid-January.

According to a police report, the operator of a group home called police about a resident named Gretchen Heltzel (pictured above), who had left the home with a man from Pennsylvania on January 23.

Police say the facility was still in contact with Heltzel and the man via phone at first, but that communication has since stopped.

The group home operator told police she is concerned for Helzel due to her issues with substance abuse. She also stated that Heltzel has a mental condition and does not have her medication on her.
