The harsh air takes a back seat, comfortable air is on the way

Winter is by no means over; we still have over two weeks until Meteorological Spring begins and over a month until the Vernal Equinox, but the harsh winter air will take a back seat to some more comfortable, warmer-than-average high temperatures.
Clouds will break up around sunset on Thursday, with clouds partially clearing overnight into Friday morning. Temperatures will start the day off in the low to mid-teens.
Friday morning's cloud cover will quickly diminish, and a largely sunny day will be the call. After temperatures start off in the mid-teens, expect temperatures to rise to the low 30s in the afternoon.
This weekend looks lovely as temperatures rise into the low 40s on Valentine's Day with plenty of sunshine. Sunday will feature more clouds, but high temperatures will rise to the low to mid 40s.
Next week will get even warmer with high temperatures reaching the mid 40s on Monday, the upper 40s on Tuesday, and rising to the mid 50s on Wednesday. Our next threat of precipitation will come in the form of rain and looks to arrive late Tuesday night into Wednesday.
